Two years ago, a brave Frodo EPIC was joined by the first of his companions at San Diego Comic-Con: Gimli offered his axe. Months later, came Aragorn’s sword and Legolas’ bow. One by one Frodo’s company grew, until at last an EPIC Fellowship was complete at Comic-Con 2019!
With departing gifts from Uncle Bilbo, Frodo set out from the safety of San Diego on a perilous quest to destroy the Ring. Trusting in eight unlikely EPICs to protect him.

A MINI EPIC BEGINNING…
In 2017, under the bright lights of San Diego Comic-Con, Mini Epics were born! Much smaller than swords and shields – and a great deal more chatty.
Super-stylised and ultra-expressive, this new cast of characters was created by Weta Workshop’s collectibles team, a dedicated crew of artists, technicians, craftspeople, and producers, all relishing the chance to distil oodles of personality into a small EPIC package.
The results speak for themselves. That knowing sparkle in those eyes – you didn’t think it got there by accident, do you? Tilt your head a little to the left and you might just catch a wink.
Endlessly collectible. Totally adorable. These pint-sized figures have BIG personalities.

StunningBilbo is my favorite character, and I absolutely love that this figure shows him working on the Red Book of Westmarch. The quality of the Mini Epic line is exceptional. I am now an avid collector.

One of my Faves!I own every LOTR Mini Epic. I didn’t have high expectations for this Bilbo, but I was very wrong. I love the detail on him, especially the text on the book. It really makes the figure stand out and he certainly has some character. I thought the LE Bilbo was way cooler, but now I can’t decide.

Skeptical no moreI wasn\'t too sure about the Mini Epic figures but I bit the bullet, took advantage of the recent Sale and bought this one and three others (Galadriel, Gandalf and Saruman). Mauro has captured the essence of Bilbo in a humorous pose. Well worth getting.

My Favorite Mini Epic!!!When I heard the news that WETA was making a Bilbo Baggins in their product line of Mini Epics, I was very excited. I received the figure today, and it exceeded my expectations. This Mini Epic is very detailed and well painted. I have been a huge fan of J.R.R Tolkien\'s literary work, and my favorite fantasy novel is the Hobbit. This Vinyl figure captures the functional character very well. Bilbo is my favorite character of Middle Earth! WETA Workshop, you all are doing an excellent job with this line of product. In bringing functional characters to life. Keep up the good work!
