Faceless beings of fear and dread, the nine Nazgûl, or Ringwraiths, were undead servants of the Dark Lord Sauron, enslaved by their Rings of Power.
Once kings of Men, their identities were lost, subsumed by their master’s inexorable will. When whisper of the One Ring came to Mordor, Sauron dispatched the Nine with orders to retrieve this mightiest of weapons. Borne on dark horses and shrouded in black robes, the Wraiths galloped over countless miles to the lands of the Shire in search of their quarry. Needing neither rest nor food, they were the ultimate hunters, ceaseless in their vigilance, drawn relentlessly by the call of the Ring. From beneath black rimmed cowls voices like knives scraped over stone repeated the same two words to any they crossed: Shire … Baggins …

The Classic Series is Open Edition and has been tailor made to fit beautifully on your shelf.

Unfortunately, the Ringwraith statue I received is defective. The sword that the Ringwraith is holding, instead of pointing straight upward, tilts to one side. Amazing how a small detail like that can make the statue look so much less menacing. I sent in a return request to customer service a week ago and have received no response. Can someone get back to me please?

So straightforward yet so well done. The sculpted fabric on this is truly incredible, all the folds, all the hand sculpted details, the way it's shaped toward the bottom, the heavy sleeves... Really looks amazing. The other flagship of the Classic Series along with Gandalf the Grey, and for good reason.

I received this statue 2 weeks after purchasing it. NZ and AUS customs gave it some issues as the sword is detachable and would have appeared as a prohibited item/weapon. Thankfully it arrived and now compliments my other Weta statues perfectly. Its definitely one of my favorites and I would highly recommend anyone on the fence purchasing it, you will not regret it! Pictures simply don't do this statue justice! It really looks menacing and imposing. Time to get 4 more!

A Must for the Classic Series
So far, I\'ve got the whole classic series and this one represents the Ringwraiths perfectly. It\'s sinister, foreboding, and expertly detailed. Paired with Gandalf and Galadriel — and later Bilbo and the Balrog — this makes for a really great set of statues.

A Perfectly Dark Shelf Presence!
Just received my copy of this phenomenal statue! I don’t think I was ready for how much of a presence this piece would have, but it’s excellent. A bit bigger than the Classic Series Gandalf, the details in the sculpt are wondrous! This model has so much love in detail.
Sword and gauntlets are made of metal. The Hand with sword is separated from the model. It is easily assembled with a magnet to the body.
The model looks so fantastic on my office desk, even though it is a little bit heavy.
It\'s a must have for every LOTR fan!

Must Have
I love this piece on my shelf. It sits slightly behind me during my Zoom calls and classes and I get compliments of it hovering being me slightly behind my shoulder. The detail is magnificent for its size. The fabric is what gets me. The texture, weathering of the fabric looks so lifelike I feel the real menance of what is a Naz’gul is about to come straight to life with that bone chilling scream at any moment.

Ontging compares to the real thing
It may look beautiful on the Weta website pictures, but it is nothing compares to the real thing. Truly stunning. I unpacked it today and can’t stop looking at it. Never saw this much detail on a scala figure. Hands down. Well done. Worth every penny.

Beautiful collector\'s piece
This is a substantial model, and one with so much attention to detail it really beggars belief. The barbed gauntlets, the mud-spattered robes, the embroidery effect on the sleeves, the hollow armour inside the hood (the list goes on). It is worth noting that the model\'s right hand and the blade/crossguard of the sword are a seperate piece that simply pushes into the sleeve itself. It surely makes for safer packaging. Truly a stunning piece to marvel at. As usual, the highest quality from Weta!
