Earn 2.49 Weta Dollars! What's this?

From New Line Cinema, Peter Jackson and Warner Bros. comes J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit, brought to the big screen in an epic trilogy. Weta Workshop was thrilled to return to Middle-earth once again, contributing design, specialty props and specialty costumes to all three films.

Images shown are watermarked. The actual print does not have watermarks.

As the first rays of the morning sun lick the spires of Rivendell, Gandalf seeks the advice of Lady Galadriel on matters that have troubled him since he first became involved with the plight of the dwarves of Erebor; and the day he decided to recommend the Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, for the position as burglar in the company of Thorin Oakenshield.

There are people of extraordinary talent operating in today's world that have similar skills as the great masters of yesteryear. It just happens to be that the canvas that they paint on is the darkened screen of the cinemas of the world.

Richard Taylor - CEO & Co-founder, Weta Workshop

This scene from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has been captured by Weta Workshop concept designer Paul Tobin, who was part of the core team of Weta designers who worked on the movie.

The external dimensions of the print are 23.2in x 11.7in (590mm x297mm) and the printed area is 20.9in x 8.9in (530 mm x 235 mm). A lovely cinematic format.

It's printed on good quality 170 gsm satin paper and ships rolled up in a VERY sturdy poster tube. It will arrive in pristine condition, ready to be framed and hung, pride of place, in your home.
