A huge and pale Gundabad Orc, Azog™ has ruled by will and might the northern tribes for many decades, leading them to victory in battles against their hated foes, the Dwarves of the line of Durin.

Outside the East Gate of Moria he beheads the Dwarf King Thror and comes close to killing his grandson Thorin, who repays the great Orc by cutting off his arm.

In the years that follow, little is heard from Azog and many come to believe him dead...but in truth, the Defiler lives on, recovering his strength.

It is inevitable that it's between Azog and Thorin Oakenshield that the final battle must play out.

Standing over 17 inches tall, Azog - Commander of Legions is made in a Limited Edition of only 1000.

Daniel Falconer discusses the auction lots.

Our authentic prop replicas and collectibles are designed by the very same artists who have worked on the three films, so effectively they come straight from Middle-earth.

Behind-the-Scenes on The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

Weta Workshop’s high-quality Middle-earth collectibles are designed by the very same artists and technicians who work on our movies. It takes hundreds of hours to design, sculpt, model make, mold, and paint the prototype for each new piece. Whether it be a prop replica, beautiful environment or iconic character, we treat our collectibles with the same level of care and attention to detail that we bring to our film work.

  1. Brutal
Es impresionante el trabajo de esta figura, está muy detallada, las venas y tendones en la piel se aprecian muy reales. Aunque se trata de una criatura de ficción, tiene una de las expresiones más reales que he visto en la colección de Weta.

    ¡Me encanta!

  8. Brilliant
Photos of this piece could never do it justice. The details are amazing. I also have Azog the Defiler on his white warg. I normally don't double up on a character, but I am so glad I did on this one. They are both so uniquely done that neither takes away from the other. Love it.

  9. Awesome Orc 2.0
I own 'Azog the Defiler on warg,' and I must say, I'm just as excited about this Azog as I was about the warg mounted one. It's sculpted by the same artist which means the workmanship isn't going to disappoint! I would seriously recommend investing in this figure.
