An Uruk-hai chief, Uglúk took command of a troop of scouts dispatched to capture the Hobbits and return with them to the wizard Saruman. Uglúk's troop was joined on their journey by a group of Orcs, leading to several disagreements over their course of action. The chief resolved the issues of leadership and shortage of food with his own style of Uruk diplomacy.

Ugluk is captured in this amazingly detailed 1:6 scale statue. It is hand cast in heavy weight polystone and hand painted to the highest standards. The display base has been etched with the map of Middle Earth and includes the Lord of the Rings logo, the character's name and sculptor's signature.
