TST Chemrail Dual Stage Linear Motor Rifle

First Stage: Chemical propellant

Second Stage: Electro Magnetic Rail

Grep Diode systems integration

All of it implied, of course - this is a prop replica. For some of this technology, you may have to wait for 140 years.

The TST Chemrail prop replica is an EXACT replica of the gun Max (Matt Damon) wields in Elysium, the new movie from Director Neill Blomkamp.

This completely authentic replica was created from molds of the original prop created by Weta Workshop for the film.

The prop was designed by Weta Workshop concept artist Aaron Beck.

The gun is made from fibreglass, which gives it great heft, with some minor details made from other materials. The gun has no moveable parts and it comes with a wall mounting bracket for display.

It doesn't get any more authentic than this.

Check out this great behind-the-scenes video.

There is nothing like waiting a half a year to hear the item you pre-ordered has been cancelled. I don't see how there were not 750 people out of 7+ billion that did not want this item. With all of the cheesy Hobbit stuff they produce, they could not make one item from this film? They even have the original data/molds from the screen used props! Very disappointed. Hide.

So preorder this ages ago and today I get an email that basically tells me they have cancelled my preorder because we can't make enough money off of it to make it worth our time.

Fine I tell you what it is not longer worth my time to watch your movies or consume the other junk you peddle in your store.

Good day Sir. Hide.

It's too bad that this had to get cancelled. I was looking forward to getting this more than I did any of my District 9 weapons. I find it hard to believe that 750 people, around the world, couldn't be found to buy this.

Next time... Hide.
