Thorin bears upon his finger a ring with a deep blue stone caged in silver. A seal and symbol of his status, the ring proclaims Thorin’s sovereignty as King Under the Mountain, a destiny unfulfilled so long as the Dragon remains in Erebor.
An elegant expression of Dwarven jewel and metal craft, the ring is also a reminder every day of that which has been lost – the Mountain, his home, a kingdom and his pride.
The Ring of Thorin Oakenshield is made from Sterling Silver and set with a blue sodalite stone inside the silver cage. It comes in a beautiful gift box made from natural Cherry timber with the logos of Weta and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
The inside bottom of the box is lined with burgundy red velvet.
Like anything made from natural timber, variations in grain and colour will occur and the colour may also change over time. This is an entirely natural process.

Just received my ring, (sooner than expected actually!) and it's got an awesome dwarfish look.
Only thing I could wish were different was that the sizing seems to run a about a half a size too big, but that might just be me.
It's a unique piece that I'm happy is now in my collection. Hide.
