In the year 2038, London lies in ruins. A great rent in the fabric of reality has loosed uncounted legions of savage demons into the city to reap death and destruction upon a terrified humanity.

Templar are the true believers, the keepers of the faith, and the destroyers of evil. They are extremely organized and regimented, their centuries of preparation giving them the best basic footing for waging war against the demons. They also control and defend the London Underground, which serves as mankind's sanctuary.

This is the Male Templar, caught in mid-slice, sending the undead back to the hell it came from.

Sculpted By Weta Workshop's Eden Small, Bill Hunt, and Gary Hunt.

Out of every single statue I've seen in all of my life this is the most perfect and amazing thing I've ever seen.

The design of the character is definitely one reason but the way he's been molded is like a single frame taken from a struggle of epic proportions.

Whenever I look at it, which I do quite often I imagine that it's moving.

Trust me when I say that this guy is alive and anything that comes uninvited into your home with this avatar of all that is just and strong will be struck down in the name of the living!

Even if this is not what you normally enjoy looking at and spending your money on, it should have a given place in any collector or averagejoes home.

I've never in my life been happier with any amount of money I've spent.

I can't give it more than a 5/5, but if I could, I would. Hide.

This statue really commands attention & is packed with great details from the armour plating & pipe details on the Templar down to the brainnsss & vacant stares of the undead.

The wide-stanced pose and sword coming across the body after slicing the undead to all the hands reaching up give it quite a good display angle range which is great as it now sits between two desks at work.

The only down side is that compared to the main pic above, the green on the visor is flat (as in the last preview pic) & doesn't have the nice glow fade effect. But then as one of my co-workers pointed out, you're getting 10 figures for the price of 1.

And thanks to Weta's prompt dispatch I was able to smuggle this in while the Mrs was in Wellys for business, cheers guys! Hide.
