Workshop Supervisor 

Rob Gillies' job is overseeing the team in the Workshop.

This involves everything from ensuring the crew have the resources they need to complete jobs, communication with project managers, producers and film makers to keep manufacturing within budget and on time.

Rob supervises a team of around 80 technicians in multiple departments, from hair and make-up, miniatures, 3D-Modelling, props and weapons manufacture, costuming, modelling and sculpting.
