Peter,
I have a background in interior design/architecture. but ever since doing a couple of internships with theatre company's set design & art departments, it has been my dream to do that work for film and television. I truly love model making and props creation, both physical and virtual, the design really seems to come to life at this stage. My favorite forms are small metal peices and jewerly, and antique looking books, I've only fully smithed one knife from scratch, but it was a blast, I would love to work on more. I don't know if you ever take on assistants, or have any role in hiring people for your team, but I would love the opportunity to work with you. I am a very hard worker, and have never been given a job to big or small that I have not given my very best effort towards. I will do any job in order to get my foot in the door. My CV and examples of my work can be seen at http://www.wix.com/kimdavenport/portfolio-page.
-Cheers, Kim Davenport Hide.
