Increasingly irritated by the attention attracted by the celebrations of his eleventy-first birthday, Bilbo Baggins is forced to take drastic measures (in Hobbit terms) and asks Frodo to hang a sign on the gate: 'No Admittance Except on Party Business'.
It doesn't make a huge difference to poor Bilbo - perhaps you'll have better luck!
Get your own copy of the sign. Drawn for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey by Daniel Reeve, calligrapher at the 3 Foot 7 Art Department.
The sign comes printed on 250 gsm Tintoretto paper and mounted on 2 mm dtec foam board for rigidity.
It can be nailed to your gate (only on sunny days, mind you) or mounted in a frame according to your preference.
It joins a long list of art prints and maps from Middle-earth - check out our Printed Art shop department.
← Your sign comes packaged in a plastic bag inside triple layers of rigid corrugated card to protect it on its journey to you.

This sign is absolutely brilliant, at first i thought it looked a bit small but I take it back. The perfect size for a boor, the coloring is brilliant and it has a lovely slightly coarse texture that just adds to the effect. 100% brilliant for any LOTR fan, I'm just upset that i can only rate it out of 5, it deserves a lot more Hide.
