How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use a variety of postal services and couriers for our deliveries to you.

When we despatch your order (usually the first New Zealand business day after you place your order), please expect the following estimated delivery times:

US Warehouse

Up to 5 business days for domestic destinations, up to 10 business days for Canadian destinations and up to 21 days for other international destinations.

UK Warehouse

Up to 5 business days within the UK, up to 10 business days for the rest of Europe and up to 21 days for other international destinations.

New Zealand Warehouse

Up to 5 business days within NZ, up to 10 business days for Australia and up to 21 business days for other international destinations.

Please note that in the lead-up to Christmas and other major holidays, few carriers guarantee normal delivery dates, so there may be delays.
