Parties:   This agreement is between Weta Limited (?Weta?) and you. By submitting any material to Weta via one or more of Weta's websites, e-mail, or any electronic, physical, or other means, you indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Submission Agreement.

Assignment of Rights:   You agree that you are hereby irrevocably and without condition assigning each and all rights of any kind whatsoever in any material you have or will provide to Weta (?the Material?).   This assignment includes, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, design right, right of authorship, or intellectual property right of any kind which may exist in the Material.   You agree that Weta may, in its sole discretion, assign the rights in the Materials to any third party.   For the avoidance of doubt, this assignment is perpetual and unlimited as to time, place, and scope.

Moral Rights:   You hereby waive for all Moral Rights (as defined below) with regard to the Materials.   Moral Rights means droit morale or moral rights of authors or any similar rights or principles of law under the laws of any jurisdiction which you or any other person or entity may now or later have in the Materials or otherwise relating to the rights (or any part of them) assigned and transferred by this agreement.

Warranties: You represent and warrant that (i) the Materials does not and shall not infringe on any copyright or any other third party right nor violate any applicable law or regulation, (ii) you have the right to grant any and all rights and assignments provided herein, including without limitation, all necessary copyright and other related rights to the Material, free and clear of all rights of any other person or entity, including any right to privacy or publicity.   You agree that you are responsible for to any claim by a third party in relation to the Materials and to hold harmless Weta from any such claim.

No Harmful Material:   You agree that you will not transmit to Weta or otherwise communicate or post using Weta's facilities of any kind any material that is offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, racial, hateful, discriminating, unlawful, invasive of another's privacy, exploitation of a minor, identifiable information of a minor, information or instructions concerning illegal activities, information that is harmful, violent, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, tortuous, obscene, infringing on the rights of others, or otherwise objectionable or harmful.   For the avoidance of doubt, this prohibition includes a prohibition against any ?virus? or similar disruptive or harmful electronic matter.

Weta's Right to Edit:   You agree that Weta may, it its absolute discretion, edit in any manner, excerpt, modify, or otherwise change the Materials.

Ability to Agree:   You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, and have the legal right and capacity to agree to the terms of this Agreement.   You agree that Weta's consideration of the Materials and the possible use of the Materials by Weta constitutes legally sufficient consideration for this Agreement.

Claims:   You agree that any claim you may have arising from or relating to this Agreement and/or the Materials shall be resolved by arbitration to be conducted in Wellington, New Zealand.   In any case, any claim made by you against Weta shall not exceed the amount of NZD$500.00, regardless of the cause or basis of claim.
