Two winners will be drawn - each prize is for ONE person. If the winner wants to bring a travel companion, they will need to cover the additional costs

Each prize includes a free return flight with Air New Zealand from Los Angeles or San Francisco to Auckland, New Zealand and a free return flight from Auckland to Wellington. Note the restrictions on travel dates set out in the Official Rules below.

The winner will be greeted in the departure hall of the chosen airport by a representative who will hand over part I of the prize, a brand new XBox 360, a Halo 3 game and a bag full of Halo 3 merchandise.

When you arrive in Wellington, after changing flights in Auckland, Weta will greet you at the airport and take you to Ohtel at Oriental Bay. 3 nights accommodation at this top-of-the-line boutique hotel are included in the prize. Weta Limited Halo Collectibles Online Launch September 2008

The “Weta Limited – Halo Range Online Launch” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Weta Limited and Air New Zealand Limited ("The Sponsors"). *NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Offer void where prohibited.

1. HOW TO ENTER:
ENTRIES HAVE NOW CLOSED - No Further entries will be accepted.
All entries must be received between August 27th, 2008 and September 30th 2008 Pacific US time. All entries must be online by pre-ordering a Halo statue at WetaNZ.com or by sending an email with your full name, age, physical address and phone number.

The maximum number of entries is one (1) entry per person/email address. Sponsors will not verify receipt of entry. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsors not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost entries or other errors or problems whether mechanical, human electronic, technical malfunctions or any combinations thereof.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

3. PRIZE DETAILS:
Two separate entries will be drawn as Prize Winners. Each Prize Winner will receive:

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $4,000. Actual value of the prize may vary based on seasonal airfare fluctuations. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and or modify the prize with a prize of equal or greater value with immediate effect at any time prior to the closing date of the Contest by advertising that fact. Air New Zealand set forth that these Official Rules are current as of the Contest period for trips taken during the year 2008; however, Air New Zealand reserve the right to modify and/or update Trip information and logistics as Air New Zealand deems necessary. Only one (1) prize is permitted per family or household.

4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
All travel plans for winner and any guest(s) must be made through Weta for the land portion of the Prize and Air transportation. Please book at least 30 days in advance of journey. Winner and travel companion must travel together. Travel dates are subject to availability and holiday/blackout dates (December 15 th , 2008 through January 15 th , 2009 on Air component), and must be completed by 31 May 2009. If winner is unable to travel by date indicated, prize will be forfeited. Winners will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein that are incurred by winner or any guest(s), including, without limitation, government taxes and fees, any accommodations not included, gratuities, souvenirs, travel insurance, optional excursions; cost of medical immunizations; insurance of any kind; excess baggage charges; NZ airport departure tax; alcoholic beverages and items of a personal nature and any other incidentals.

Unless otherwise designated, all air travel will be provided by Air New Zealand from a USA gateway airport in Los Angeles or San Francisco. Prizes, reservations, and airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable once issued, and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. If lost, they will not be replaced. Credit for previous purchases is not permitted. All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. In addition, winner and guest(s) are responsible for any federal, state, and local tax consequences and for compliance with all governmental reporting and payment requirements. Unless otherwise expressly included in the specified prize, the following are not included:

5. WINNER SELECTION:
The two Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held by the sponsor in the first week of October 2008. All decisions in all matters relating to this Contest made by Sponsor are final. Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of valid entries received. Winner will be notified within 14 days of draw. If Sponsor, using commercially reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the potential winner within ten (10) business days from the first contact attempt, or if a potential winner has not, or does not comply with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL RULES & CONDITIONS:
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winners will be required to sign and complete Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Releases (one for each sponsor) (where legally permissible) and return the signed documents within fourteen (14) days of receipt of attempted delivery to receive the specified prize, otherwise the specified prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Each guest of a winner will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legally permissible) prior to issuance of travel documents. If any guest is a minor, minor must have a parent or legal guardian sign the documents on the minor's behalf and the minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Each entrant acknowledges that any information provided by entrant may be disclosed to Sponsor(s), and that Sponsor(s) may send marketing communications to entrants in accordance with each entrant's “opt-in” selection. Winner gives Sponsor the right to use winner's name, voice, picture, portrait and likeness for advertising and promotion purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. These Official Rules and all matters related to the Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California , without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
SPONSOR, AND ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES INVOLVED IN THIS CONTEST SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANT FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR LIABILITY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY REASON OF ENTERING THE CONTEST, THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO AND FROM ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event, attorney's fees.

8. TAMPERING:
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the contest and/or prizes. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, Sponsor determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
