10 Aug 07 Today Weta Designer Christian Pearce tells us about coming up with some of the cool King Kong concepts...

Christian came up with this concept as an idea for an action scene in King Kong. He describes what was going through his head at the time...

"Look at him go! This large-ish green-ish thing was an early attempt at what ended up being that lumpy mouthed character that worried Anne so effectively in the film."

"I bet that guy high-tailing off the page is thinking "if such dodgy anatomy can flourish on this wacky island, whatever will I run into next? A carnivorous toaster with spiders for legs?"
