Made by Stansborough, who provided the material for the original cloak for The Lord Of The Rings. It took over 10 years to create the special wool breed of unique grey sheep known as the 'Stansborough Grey' and now they are the only kind in the world.

The 'Stansborough Grey' sheep wool is spun and then woven on 1890’s looms at the Stansborough Weaving Mill in Wellington.

Your Gandalf Cloak will be made to order by Stansborough and and can take 6-12 weeks for delivery.

Comes in three lengths, S, M and L with a 6-inch (15 cm) difference in length.

Please Note: The Cloak Pin in the photos is a suggested accessory and not included in the price.

How to order

Orders can be placed by e-mail or fax (+64 4 380 9256). Please include the following information:

• Delivery address
• Contact telephone number
• Size
• Your cloak will be made to order, therefore we do require a non-refundable deposit of US$100
• Credit card name, number and expiry date (Mastercard or VISA only, please, or enquire about international money transfer or Paypal)

Orders will be actioned on a first come, first served basis.

Shipping

Freight costs will be finalised on confirmation of your order.

Any Import Duties and Taxes due are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Delivery may take 6-12 weeks.
