Sister to Eomer, and neice to Théoden, Éowyn was too much a warrior to stay behind when the Rohirrim rode to war. Even disguised as a common soldier, she was smaller than a man, and carried Théoden's smallest squire to the fields of Pelennor. This was a choice none would come to regret.
