I just received the pin, and it really looks great ! It's more reddish (at least mine is) than on the pictures shown on the website, and I thought it would be heavier, but still it's a perfect pin ! I don"t usually collect this kind of items, but it's so well designed that I could not pass on this one. The little card that comes with it is very nice, and allows it to be displayed quite nicely if you don't wear the pin. Hide.

Absolutely gorgeous pin badge, the detail and style is meticulous and perfect! It really relates to the maps from the Hobbit book. Usually I'd be wary of a pin fastening like this, but the backs to the pins are very sturdy, and once they're in place you do need to squeeze to get them off again. No risk of the backs falling off and your badge soaring away! This is aided especially by there being two fastenings, which makes Smaug doubly secure. Hide.
