An old and kind-hearted Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins was the uncle and guardian of young Frodo. Weary in his bones and wanting to see the mountains and old friends one more time before the end, Bilbo resolved to leave his home for the last time and travel to the Elf-haven of Rivendell. With a deep sadness and choked by the memories of green fields and happy times, he looked one last time on the Shire before turning to be on his way.

The essence of each character is brilliantly captured in these 1:4 scale busts. As with the statues, each bust has been hand cast in heavy weight polystone and hand painted to the highest standards. Each bust sits on a classically turned base that includes the name of the character and the sculptor's signature.
