Received it in Perfect condition.And wow just one week for delivery....To say the whole truth what i really wanted to order is the Collectors Edition cause with all the room details looks fantastic,but moneywise i had make a choice, so until it arrived i was getting a bit worried about my choice but that just lasted until i opened the box..Bad End look Superb every detail one can think of its there, every bit of grass every flower every chimney brick there...Perfection...And then that Beautful Round Door..

This is simply a beautiful environment. The amount of detail is amazing, the paint application is superb. I can't find anything even slightly wrong with this environment. If you don't have the money for the Collector's Edition, this is the perfect substitute. No Lord of the Rings collection can be complete without a Bag End. Hide.

My Bag End arrived in perfect condition - (even the box is gorgeous!) The collectible is just exquisite - as I knew it would be coming from WETA. Can't wait to receive The Prancing Pony now. (How about a Rivendell?) Hide.
