Weta produced special make-up effects for this chilling vampire flick, set where the sun sets for a month every year, above the actic circle.
A significant amount of blood and torn flesh kept us busy in the workshop and on set.

My eyes have been opened to all sorts of movies since I started working at Weta. This one was a pleasant surprise. I've seen all the gory prosthetics in the workshop and trust me - they've been put to good use in this movie.
Perhaps also hailing from a country where winters are very long and dark I felt some kind of affinity.
Anyway - I can highly recommend it. Hide.
